Opening Times

When we are closed, if you require urgent medical treatment, please phone the surgery telephone number and you will be directed to our out of hours service.

Your local pharmacist will also be able to offer you advice - phones numbers can be obtained from our 'useful numbers' section.  Also bear in mind, that some pharmacies

have late opening hours.

When We Are Closed

In an emergency out of surgery hours, please contact  the surgery and you will be given the out of hours number to ring -  111, who will take all necessary details and deal with your call appropriately.

If you need urgent hospital treatment go straight to the Accident & Emergency Department at St Helier Hospital in Wrythe Lane, Carshalton.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Extra GP and Nurse Appointments after 1830 and at the weekend

We offer an extended Access service, where you can see a GP or Nurse between the hours of:

M-F 1830-2000

Sat 0800-2000

Sun 0800-2000

Receptionist can book this for you.
