Outstanding Patient Feedback in National GP Survey 2025

Maldon Road Surgery has once again demonstrated its commitment to high-quality patient care, receiving excellent feedback in the latest National GP Patient Survey 2025.

Patients praised the surgery across all areas, with performance consistently exceeding both local and national averages. Key highlights include:

  • Ease of Contact: 69% found it easy to get through by phone, compared to 61% locally and 53% nationally. 70% found it easy to contact the practice via our website.
  • Reception and Admin Support: 94% rated the team as helpful, well above the national average of 83%.
  • Continuity of Care: 55% usually saw or spoke to their preferred clinician, compared to just 40% nationally.
  • Clarity and Next Steps: 94% knew what would happen after contacting us, with 92% receiving this clarity within two days.
  • Overall Experience: 91% rated their overall experience as good, versus 79% locally and 74% nationally.
  • Trust and Professionalism: 100% had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to—remarkable scores that reflect the dedication of our clinical team.
  • Involvement in Care: 96% felt involved in decisions, and 94% felt their needs were met during their appointment.
