Repeat Prescriptions
Requests must be made via the NHS APP or via your pharmacist. Please allow 3 WORKING DAYS,
excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
Any changes made by the hospital, should be notified to the surgery.
To avoid serious errors in prescribing, requests will not be taken over the phone or via email.
We only issue prescriptions electronically - please let us know your regular pharmacy, if you have one.
